@IsNowTime WRONG. RegArdless of your beliefs, Rowdy and Alex took a chance on Krucial driving under those circumstances. Whether or not they knew of his sleepiness isn't the point. If the driver didn't do it intentionally, which is the case here, he shouldn't go to jail. They have no evidence or reasoning that would suggest otherwise. He wasn't under the influence so you have no argument. Case in point.

@AndrewQuiroz24 Still, if he was feeling tired, shouldn't he have pulled over? It's not the law but it's advised that if you feel sleepy you should "pull to the side of the road, and rest."

@Dank951 He should have been. Stuff like that happens all the time. My mom had just recently told me when she was coming back from the casino with my dad, my dad was driving. He almost fell asleep at the way because he was going straight into a pole on the shoulder before my mom had to yell to move.

He just mentioned he got drunk the day b4, I personally don't know how the accident happened where he died, but if it had alcohol involved, that should help other people know that alcohol and driving will never be a good idea to combine.. Smh.
What a waist of life, he also mentioned he was like in a 1/4 of his life ..see we never know....
