  • thank you very much

  • my silk scarf pattern only says PSSO - pass slip stitch over... it doesn't say which method and its not from a book. do you think it is the first or the second method?

  • @mmtm1217 I have no way of knowing the answer, but there are a couple of things you can do. First, does your stitch count require that you do a single or double decrease? If you can figure that out, that will be your answer. Or, you can always contact the pattern designer and ask them what they meant. Hope that helps!

  • hi verypinkknits, how are you?? I was wondering if I could ask you a question about this decrease.... I'm knitting a hat that is all worked in k1tbl, p1, and now I'm at the crowning part and it says sk2p and I don't know if I'm suppouse to k2tbl or just k2, can you help me? Thanks!!

  • @knitforfuns Usually designers will explain what the abbreviations mean in their patterns - I'm sorry yours doesn't list the stitches! Usually, sk2p means: slip 1, k2tog, pass slipped stitch over. It's a two stitch decrease. Hope that helps!
