Battery choice depends on range and performance requirements. I needed a cheap solution for a fast , low range car so the headway cells suited fine.

@CosminRotaru After 2000 cycles the cells will drop to approx 80% of their original capacity. Approx €25 each.

very interesting info on the Lithium iron phosphate batteries. You said 2000 recycle charges. Does that mean that if you recharge them, let's say 200 times in a year, would it be expected for the cells to live 10 years? How about the price?

Cell spacing is to allow cooling , access for modification and voltage monitoring and to reduce the possibility of a cell failure causing a cascade.

yes , yes and cells are all 16ah capacity. Pack is 45s4p. 45 in series and 4 in parallel.

did u design pack? Are the cells in string? Or do you have to individually test them to see which are similar in capacity etc.
