  • スマッシュのときにシェーク持ちにかえたね

  • 0:45 HAND RED CARD YOUR OUT !!!!

  • @krillerdillerduller i am sure he is much better than u....

  • wow, one ball to yoshida's backhand and he basicly has to defend. What a poor style, this penholder is.

  • 吉田は3セット目からの勢いを1セット目からほしかったですね~。

    そうすれば試合の勝敗はわからなかった。

  • Yoshida is a dynamic player, and he even manages to win sets with Wang Hao during the 2009 World Championship that Hao won, but in this game it look like Timo Boll is playing a beginner, Timo's tactics are leaving Yoshida guessing all the time, it looks like he has no clue what is going on

  • actually kaii is not good at playing with lefty...

  • He looks like Bigbird...

  • lol Yoshida Kaii shakehand 1:12

  • @vieti1995 haha XD would have been so funny if he'd missed

  • what's up with yoshida kaii 3:25

  • timoboll pwned

  • Yoshida Kaii's ugly...

  • Yoshida is just too passive against boll

  • @jamesjyu

At least he has a pair of aggresive eyes :)

  • @jamesjyu so many noobs like youngos. timo plays very wall, has strong spin. it's a lot harder than just saying "he plays too passive".

timo isn't the strongest hitter but there's a reason why he's so high ranked

  • lol

kaii just can't play against boll ^^

  • haha yoshida cant block with forehand

  • I think yoshida kaii's problem is that his forehand (strong as it is) requires a long recovery time, during which his opponent could just block or place to put him off guard. Kaii's forhand is fun to watch though and I think that he is a great player. I don't see what the big deal is that he was a chinese national who now plays for japan. Because chinese born players go to other countries to play allows us spectators to see a variety of great and interesting players like kaii.

  • @tyoungos Maybe it's because he doesn't know the reverse backhand like Huang Hao and Ma Lin.

  • @tyoungos typical shit j-pen style

  • Timo is just so unrelenting. how can you unnerve him? its hard... even against some of the best asian players.

  • Timo Boll probably is the No. 1 European player against Asian players.

  • why is he using chinese penhold?

  • 1.13....is changing the grip while playing allowed??

  • yes, why not? as long as you use the rubber on the blade, everything is allowed what's possible...

  • of course, as well as changing hands or anything like that.

  • Yes.

  • Yes.

  • he is just bad at that time.....but at 2009 he is better

  • It makes just fun to see boll play^^

  • @ 1:10 you see Yoshida change grip to shakehand to smash the ball.

  • wow this is weird! I thought Penhold is good for smashing?

  • great match !

    5 stars *****

  • nothing special about yoshida's game.

  • what happened to his godly fh?

  • has nothing to do with left or right handed players. players who can't handle different sides are only at lower levels. the reason why yoshida had problems was because of timo's shot type. timo has short ranged, high arc, heavy topspin loops. yoshida's technique's is best used mid distance vs asian style horizontal looping, where low, long arcs are common.notice in the beginning he tried to counter loop but couldn't control the kick well. that's why he tried to block and couldn't attack much

  • good analytics.

    I agree with you.

  • He looked like was too passive, way too passive for a penholder.

  • this guy got demolished.Timo boll destroyed him and put him to shame

  • Yoshida played much better against Wang Hao and Chuan. Didn't stand out much here.

  • Timo looks like he say sorry kid i am just too goog for you...

  • kaii set up too many opportunities for boll

  • he played crappy because he just changed his rubber to tenergy 64 and hadnt gotten used to it.

  • Maybe yoshida kaii can't play lefties like ryu seung min and kim taek soo

  • Ryu Seung Min and Kim Taek Soo are NOT lefties.

  • Comment removed

  • i mean ryu seung min and kim taek soo can't play lefties and yoshida are like them.

  • sorry my bad......

  • I agree with the comments made by 17teacmrocks above, and another point we need to pay attention to: one-sided penholders always have difficulty playing against lefty shakehand because they suffer from a much larger angle - which means the powerful forehand of penholders is suppressed.

  • yer. kaii was too scared and couldn't play his game.... ah...

  • 1:15 he switched to shakehand
