when i went to a local telus store, i noticed that the phone is very fragile, like the screen can be lifted away from the keyboard. and you can see a very large gap. is this what happens to all htc tp2 phones?

I remember when I bought my phone from telus they had cases for almost all of their mobile phones.

When i asked the rep, they said they didnt have any cases for this phone specifically the belt strap/horizontal pouch type, like the euro version comes with

yes it does...telus doesnt even use sim cards.
