Such good tips for eating when hungry until full. Especially when you were talking about having a large meal then thinking you blew it and so you binged, then not eating the next day etc.. that's a cycle I know too well. Thanks for your video Arielle :)
I just wanted to say I found these tips very helpful as this is something I have really been struggling with today.
Also, this video highlighted to me just how much people who have never experienced an eating disorder overlook the strength it takes to overcome. After struggling for ten years, I know myself it is not easy to beat, but I think alot of people would be surprised at the constant mental involvement surrounding food for someone with an eating disorder. x
Oh i really like the "one bite at a time" and "focus on the food during a meal" idea b/c feelings cause me to binge with a sense of extreme panic. so when the foods in front of me i feel out of control... i really like these tips b/c it requires that i be even more proactive~ i'm nervous to try them, but maybe its out of a sense of hope? ^^ Thank you so much Arielle!
