I've been in worse situations myself, perhaps I could cope, others I've seen though went nuts in front of my eyes, doesn't then it's less of a hell then you might think it is.

They want as much profit as they can get, so they bribe judges to make sure their cells stay full. America leads the world, per capita, in imprisoning its people. We currently have an estimated 2.21 MILLION people incarcerated in the United States of America and I'm really not sure if that includes juveniles and those that are simply jailed.
We have a system that convinces parents to turn in their kids. Instead of working it out and accepting that their kids WILL try to break away from them the older they get, these control freaks would rather see their kids behind bars than disobeying them. So they call in government to save the day. What kid hasn't tried alcohol and other substances and stayed out late? Is THIS a reason to destroy a kids' life? Apparently in America.... it is.

Helghast2007 I'd completely agree with you if it the part where it has been demonstrated that this judge has in fact accepted money for a misguided sentence which has been confirmed by an independent expert in the field that it would have been very unlikely in any other case. I've been in worse situations myself, perhaps I could cope, others I've seen though went nuts in front of my eyes, doesn't then it's less of a hell then you might think it is.

They want as much profit as they can get, so they bribe judges to make sure their cells stay full. America leads the world, per capita, in imprisoning its people. We currently have an estimated 2.21 MILLION people incarcerated in the United States of America and I'm really not sure if that includes juveniles and those that are simply jailed.

She had more faith in the corrupt justice system than in her own son and she might have regretted it for the rest of her life, except that now she has a nice convenient target for her anger so she can pretend she did the right thing. money junkies and any/all who believe they are born from monkeys, have no place in a community of common folk, belong in zoos not towns. each, the money-man and monkey-man, separated by 1K, both lack integrity towards all others and can be BOT for a fiat dime, they are destructive towards life and all others, truly, how can any who deny a wise creator, who spit upon God, nature and life itself, serve man if they are first and foremost, from monkey sex and lusting for more of that which is dead.
