I was wondering if it was legal to throw with your hands locked also but then again the craddle. It would work in free style without any problem. Coach Cary Kolat, you would have to let the hand lock go after the throw in completed? Then again, get top control. Love your moves and coaching skill. nice match this year at free style by the way still taking it down for the wins. Very humbling. Hopefully my little brother turns it on for you if we can get him to you. Thank you for the videos.

thats a risky move. if you arent quick on it then the guy going for the high c just has to wrap your elbows and roll you onto your back

@BBoyFrequency Yes. It's a standard chest lock. Works too against other shots when the guy doesnt have his hips under yours and his chest is exposed. It's probably why he (instructor) had to add the extra sprawl separation move in the beginning to get the chest lock to work.

@erosensai a cross face sprwal is only good for stopping the take down but this is a freestyle technique that is a counter that gives you points also and there are tons of different things you can do when someone shoots in but this is just on freestyle technique

@erosensai There's also an assumption that the other man has penetrated too deep to easily put the cross face in. This gives us an immediate reaction instead of fighting to get an angle and force it.

THIS MOVE WORKS!!! I'VE TRIED IT IN A MATCH AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY!!! i think you have to make sure you turn yourself into a pinning position quickly though in order for this to go straight into a pin
