No -the nearest I got was being shown over the bells and the ringing chamber, given a "go" and told they really need new ringers. Time did not permit, though I thought of it, longingly! Main problem was the hours and timing of the practises.
That's why ringers are running short. This is because that everyone's very bussy nowadays. Shame really. however, there are lots of devoted ringers about, and I hope I can be included in that catorgory.
In that case, must go and look.
