With that said, I am skeptical of the real dangers associated with BHO. Firstly, the butane is volatile and easily boils off when out of compression, so it's unlikely the budder contains much. Second, the combustion process will get rid of what butane that may have been left.

I have yet to see any credible dangers of BHO via science, just people ranting on forums.
