@jmenstrip Yes sure. I was drinking the soja ones from Optimum Nutrition for a time but it seems they discontinued it, at least here in Europe. Right now I take Optimum Nutrition Whey proteins - Chocolate Flavor :-P
amazing job done.... how long have you been training...... very inspiring.......does natural bodybuilding involve a high usage of supplementation....... how do you look in off season..... cheers
Thanks a lot for your coment. I've been training since the age of 18 and am now 30. I do not take a lot of supplements... whey proteins (always), glutamine (sometimes) and creatine (in the past I have tried it but have not been convinced.) I do take vitamins supplements, partly because I am vegetarian and want to be sure to have everything I need. In the off season I may gain 5/10 kilos.
Hi, I generally "bulk" no more than 5/10 kilos off season. If your are now at 86 and are planning to gain 14 kilos then lose 10+ to fit the 90's you may want to aim to gain less weight but more "quality" weight. I feel adding 10 unwanted kilos to gain 3 to 4 kg of muscle is a bit to much and would render your diet much harder. If you could aim for a solid 95 kg and allow you 10 to 12 weeks to slowly fit in your category, I think you should be able to keep more muscle. Let me know.
max I reached was 88.2 put was only able to hold on to that for a week or so.
To compete I would need to go in the under 90's i think. My bf ranges from 8 - 10% all yr so thats pretty good, just need to work out hard get more zzz - thats my down fall, i got those gabba tablets and zma to rest but it doesnt make a diff only makes me more awake when i wake early which is good ready for gym before work.
You will improve your physique with more back work or changing you back routine. Your lats are not wide and your back needs more thickness. Look at your lat spread poses. There is no V shape. Your conditioning is great.
Hi Ketaji. I am not sure of what you call cheat curls. I do have a specific biceps/triceps routine, that I developed with special stretching time between reps etc... I may take the time someday to post an article to my sites of a video about it, here on youtube. Thanks for your comment anyway.
Thanks personafit, your coment is really appreciated. You know, I think it is not tougher getting muscular being vegetarian, you only need a good planning an sticking to it. There are great sources of proteins beside meat.
if ur off steroids , u dont loose much , except the wxcess water in ur muscles n there is thing called .........muscle memory .........some of these BBS who leave bodybuilding for years , but can bring that mass in muscle in just a few months .....n to tell u .......steroids increase muscle memory , all natural BBs WHO TRAIN FOR YEARS develop their muscle memory , so train hard , eat good n dont be afraid that will loose if u stop , enjoy BODYBUILDING ppl :D
No, natural means without using drugs or steroids. In fact I do take 2 to 3 shakers a day of whey proteins, in part because I am vegetarian and it is easier to get the amount of protein I need thanks to supplements. I take multivitamins too as well as glutamine.
Nice :) but you definaltely have to work with your smile. People don't have to see pain ir your face when your posing. Looking forward to see more from you :)
thats true...but you lose more muslces when u use steroids so the lost is bigger includer your own low testosterone..so even if u train natural and stop 6 months you will lose everything you built in 3 years
Well done mate! You look great. All natural too.
