  • Well done mate! You look great. All natural too.

  • @BohemianAsh Thanks man.

  • Work those legs a little more but nice job!!

Bravo !

  • Hey, i was wondering if you use any protein powders

  • @jmenstrip Yes sure. I was drinking the soja ones from Optimum Nutrition for a time but it seems they discontinued it, at least here in Europe. Right now I take Optimum Nutrition Whey proteins - Chocolate Flavor :-P

  • Wow a an actual natural bodybuilder who actually is natural. Just gotta get bigger and wider

  • nice body, n free of steroid well done...

  • Hey, i was wondering if you use any protein powders etc..if say please get back to me :)

  • Hi, Yes I take Optimum Nutrition Whey Proteins.

  • amazing job done.... how long have you been training...... very inspiring.......does natural bodybuilding involve a high usage of supplementation....... how do you look in off season..... cheers

  • Thanks a lot for your coment. I've been training since the age of 18 and am now 30. I do not take a lot of supplements... whey proteins (always), glutamine (sometimes) and creatine (in the past I have tried it but have not been convinced.) I do take vitamins supplements, partly because I am vegetarian and want to be sure to have everything I need. In the off season I may gain 5/10 kilos.

  • How much did you bulk to off season pre comp ?

Im at 86 targeting 100 by xmas 2010 to compete under 90's.

  • Hi, I generally "bulk" no more than 5/10 kilos off season. If your are now at 86 and are planning to gain 14 kilos then lose 10+ to fit the 90's you may want to aim to gain less weight but more "quality" weight. I feel adding 10 unwanted kilos to gain 3 to 4 kg of muscle is a bit to much and would render your diet much harder. If you could aim for a solid 95 kg and allow you 10 to 12 weeks to slowly fit in your category, I think you should be able to keep more muscle. Let me know.

  • Weight fluctuates rapidly - from 84 .5 - 86

max I reached was 88.2 put was only able to hold on to that for a week or so.

To compete I would need to go in the under 90's i think. My bf ranges from 8 - 10% all yr so thats pretty good, just need to work out hard get more zzz - thats my down fall, i got those gabba tablets and zma to rest but it doesnt make a diff only makes me more awake when i wake early which is good ready for gym before work.

  • As for 8 hrs it doesn't happen since working out morning, the body know its time to get up and I just do it ;)

  • what is considered "natural" body building?

  • the absence of anabolic steroids

  • nice physique. what's the title of this song?

  • Thanks. The Song is Carmina Burana I think.

  • The song is called Oh Fortuna, its really good

  • You will improve your physique with more back work or changing you back routine. Your lats are not wide and your back needs more thickness. Look at your lat spread poses. There is no V shape. Your conditioning is great.

  • You look natural, unlike other "natural" on youtube.

  • This IS natural bodybuilding, unlike other youtube videos.

  • insane biceps. welldone!

What's your bicep routine like? do you utilise any cheat curls to overload?

  • Hi Ketaji. I am not sure of what you call cheat curls. I do have a specific biceps/triceps routine, that I developed with special stretching time between reps etc... I may take the time someday to post an article to my sites of a video about it, here on youtube. Thanks for your comment anyway.

  • Personally, i love your confidence the most

  • great job! im blown away that ur a vege. i think it take big balls 2 get on stage so much repected !

  • Thanks personafit, your coment is really appreciated. You know, I think it is not tougher getting muscular being vegetarian, you only need a good planning an sticking to it. There are great sources of proteins beside meat.

  • im looking better, natural too. i donot go on stage. who cares i should shut up.

  • props on the conditioning bro.

  • good body man , being a veg. , awsome body u made , keep it pumping ;)

  • if ur off steroids , u dont loose much , except the wxcess water in ur muscles n there is thing called .........muscle memory .........some of these BBS who leave bodybuilding for years , but can bring that mass in muscle in just a few months .....n to tell u .......steroids increase muscle memory , all natural BBs WHO TRAIN FOR YEARS develop their muscle memory , so train hard , eat good n dont be afraid that will loose if u stop , enjoy BODYBUILDING ppl :D

  • does natural mean no supplemented protein or creatine and stuff?

  • No, natural means without using drugs or steroids. In fact I do take 2 to 3 shakers a day of whey proteins, in part because I am vegetarian and it is easier to get the amount of protein I need thanks to supplements. I take multivitamins too as well as glutamine.

  • nice man biceps are good just need back width and thickness good job on conditioning though props to that

  • Nice :) but you definaltely have to work with your smile. People don't have to see pain ir your face when your posing. Looking forward to see more from you :)

  • LOL, OK thanks I'll try to work this out :-D

  • i think tha natural means using all supplements exept steroids..you are taking human growth hormone mate i can see your skin

  • very good, start working back heaver.. im starting to cut for my first contest also

  • I think u have to much gold stuff on your face other then that you look great gratz

  • not bad but you def need bigger lats for the V look. bent over rows will help

  • great work. Loved the tricep pose at 1:17 and the pose at 1:19.

  • wats the biggest a natural bodybuilder can get to be?

  • fuking huge

    AS BIG AS THEY WANT

NATURAL BODY BUILDERS KEEP THEIR MUScle WHERE RODIES LOSE IT ONCE THEY GET OFF THE JUICE

  • thats true...but you lose more muslces when u use steroids so the lost is bigger includer your own low testosterone..so even if u train natural and stop 6 months you will lose everything you built in 3 years

  • man you should check out skip la cour i think he's the biggest natural

  • wow, five stars!

  • great posing

  • Very good body and we can see the hard work behind it. You are a very good motivator

  • oh fuck dude. First I dident think much of ya but when the shirt came off damm. You looked really good and extremley ripped good work!

  • Congradulations on doing what you do naturally. Good work.

  • Wow Chris. C'est de l'art tout ce travail, vraiment. Belle pièce d'homme ;)

  • Merci pour le commentaire :-D

  • For those who don't know that music it's an extract from Carl Orff's Opera, Carmina Burana.

  • gran, gran atleta, felicitaciones amigo. es muy bueno!
