im prety sure if the hand launch is very fast it will fly for sure....u might wanna hold the wing and spin throw it(b4 u do it on this it would be a goood idea to try it on a slow flying plane just to get the hang of it.)
Hi tension88, crank arrow plane form is tricky(thats what your plane looks like) without knowing the c.g balance point.
You should built a profile without any airborne stuff on it and chuck it in the air to see if it can glide. When it does glide note the c.g. and move the actual c.g a bit further towards the nose with the actual airborne equipment.
yeaI get crazy and crash planes all the time, or they just wear out. the trick is to build your planes to protect your parts and use cheap materials like foam board. In fact Foam board is cheap and it is very strong. The planes i build can withstand quite a few crashes and I just walk over to them and throw em back in the air and keep flying.
Check my F22 close fly by video and see it crash hard a couple of times and keep on flying
oh man!!!...i feel so sorry for ya man!!...didnt u mark the right cg when it flew good?...what happened dude...seemed way nose heavy or elevators reversed...other then that i cant think of anything that could be wrong...too bad man...hope you can make some time to build a newone :)

some you win some you don't. I had the same with a scratch build, binned it and built a slow stick. "If at first you don't succeed, give up"...LOL
