I fucking hate Shoprite I work their currently and I'm 17 and they treat you

like shit especially minors. By law your supposed to get 20+hours for part time workers last week I put in only 13 hours my check came out to 60$ its horrible. I don't know about other Shoprite's and how they are but the one I work at is corrupt people are assholes and overall just a mess. I cant wait to get my license so I can get the fuck out of their.

Holy shit. I work there. I'd love to do someone's grocery shopping for them and then hand it to them when they come in the car. Easiest job ever, lol. But I've never seen anyone at my store do that.

FUCK SHOPRTIE!! jkjk...i just started working here and the cashiers and F.E managers are so COOL. but..they always yell at the cashiers when we are caught with a cell phone..then 2 seconds later they whip out their cell.

The only thing that pisses me off are some of the customers...espcially those who complain that the bags are too heavy ("then why don't you BAG!) urgh!

manchester shop rite is owned by pearlmerters.they owned about 6 stores in ocean county.the sakers own 27 shop rites through out nj counties.the stores do about 1.3 million a week{each store}

NOTHING is fresh in Shoprite anyway! People usually bring back items, especially the meat because it's rotten!!! Yesterday this custumer was so angry because he bought tortilla bread and the inspiration date was from 3 months ago!! shoprite is disgusting!!

Hahaha I agree SHop Rite here in NJ is.... the produce is old and rotten half of the time. We go to Stop and Shop or A&P for our produce.

They are sooooo stupid. I hate shoprite. I work and the people there sucks. There model is customers are always right. That is stupid it does not say anything in my Business Ethics. They are so stupid, I wish they burn to hell.

I am working at SR as my first job. All the employees I've met have been at least not unfriendly. Customers are not always right; they are often stupid and/or inconsiderate, but they do keep the place running which is why I do believe in the saying. What I dislike is the reluctance to hire full-time and the ignoring of minor but countless little issues. Everything is just swept under the rug.

@cguevara12, funny thing about the sakers, they came to our shoprite because it was it's anniversary, not revealing the location but our store magically started being nice to us, waxed the floors, organized the expired merchandise and kissed the sakers ass, everyone was soo nice and happy, you could actually understand wat the announcements were saying, and the second those bastards left everything was back to normal. it was hilarious
