  • No one doing 1500 push ups and sit-ups a day is gonna be fat. Very smart for maintaining physique when you can or can't be in the gym...

  • If you want a physique you do not go in the gym everyday for about 4 hours and think your going to get ripped by doing that (Dont get me wrong it works for some people hence though different bodies/genes) but its about doing the excersises on the weights that are meant for ripping muscles and abit of advice, dips, push ups, pullups, sit up, leg raises & alot of cardio is very good for ripping up. You need to do more reps of a weight you can do (less reps of a weight you cant do. gives you size)

  • Nelly is a millionaire he can get the best personal trainer and best training advice money can buy. Thats why he is how he is now ... I noticed some Indian movie stars have gotten a better or same physique as Nelly and its because they have got the best personal training & advice money can really get you.
