@pypeworld The title isn't misleading, the effect works the same way regardless of what you apply it to. whether it's a hand drawn illustration, a picture scanned on to your pc or a photo you just took. The results remain the same. Thanks for watching.
Might want to consider changing the title of your video if you can, as I found it misleading, cause you're not working with a photo - you're working with a piece of CG art that looks like it was hand drawn in the first place, and then coloured digitally. I just understood "photo" to mean: shot by camera.
Sorry if you find the title misleading. I chose to use "a piece of CG art that looks like it was hand drawn in the first place, and then coloured digitally." simply because I liked the picture. You can use this technique on any image. I actually did this on a "Photo to mean: shot by camera." just to make sure the same principals apply, and they do. Once again, sorry if you find the title misleading.
@Agent2018 What's up with the quotation marks? In any case, no problem, I enjoyed the tutorial. Learned some different techniques to achieve the same kind of look I like to create. Amazing, the different techniques people come up with using the same set of tools.
Never mind the quotes, I put them there when I quote a person. Do you use photoshop alot?. Well thanks for watching, I'll be posting more tutorials on my other channel ( search inconsistentpictures ) cover PS, AI and a whole lot of other programs.
It doesn't matter, the end result is the same....oh and "Lean to use a mic as well"...don't you mean LEARN??...hahahahahaha maybe you should "Lean" to spell!
wow phil using photoshop. cool!

You really should of used a photograph instead of a hand drawn illustration, as the video title is totally misleading.
