If you want to teach people who to replace ram (anyone who can't shouldn't have a netbook to begin with if you ask me, since it's all in the manual), then at least show them how to handle the ram properly, like NOT touching the contacts with your dirty paws and making sure that you're discharged from static electricity.

@FawlksGmr no you cant, it supports only up to 2GB. Unfortunately this is a bottleneck of this netbook.

mine is the same model but it comes with 2gb ram and a bigger HDD, 2 questions, does it support SSD and can i still upgrade the ram?

die Sache mit dem Ram stimmt nicht ganz:
Klar würden DDR2 Module mit 800 Mhr laufen, aber nur mit 667Mhz, weil der Atom nur max. 667 Mhr unterstützt!

Thanks for sharing but Bro, always remember to remove the battery 1st before removing any part from the machine to avoid short circuit.
