You can use cheats, like kaching (which gets you 1,000 dollars), then motherlode (which gets you 50,000 dollars) and familyfunds (Family's last name) XXXX (the XXXX's mean the amount of money, like 100,000). So he probably uses those. I definitely use motherlode! ^_^

Well, I like using cheats to make my houses look pretty, and my sims have good clothes. I'm always proud of the houses I build with using motherlode. And to build beautiful houses without cheats means you have to work your sims for ages, and I don't like doing that. I move my sims into a lot of land and use motherlode. Then I don't use it again, and let my sims get jobs and work from what was left.
