Saw Rider fly @ Quonset RI 2011 show last weekend. I could watch this guy fly all day & never get bored. I was gonna try & get an autograph, but my ride wanted to beat the traffic. Probably a good thing, as I would have asked him to sign some part of my body & would have been arrested for indecent exposure. LOL! Would have made for a great tattoo! There's always next time!!!!

The very special Cleaner is 2 percent bleach mixed with dawn dish detergent...VERY SPECIAL! The Heads-Up Display (HUD) and the combiner glass infront of rider must be cleaned with ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL and soft Cheese cloth.

@TSPinToronto: not very helpful I must admit, but the column most definitely says alcohol; he's probably ordering a round for his pilot friends at base?

@ecmit I think it's refering to isopropyl alcohol...... do NOT clean with alcohol. I think the alcohol will craze the canopy and plastic glareshield and make it look aged prematurely. They have a special aircraft windshield cleaner that doesn't craze plastic. I think the aircraft windshield cleaner works better on glass too.

That's not heavy breathing per se , he is countering g effects (grey / black outs) by purposefully increasing internal body pressure that allows more blood to stay in upper torso

Yes, it is hard to stay conscient because of the G force exerced on your body. Go try the Test track at Epcot Center, it'll give you an idea of what 2 G's are like. It is realy cool.

F-16 has just been confirmed for the 2010 Canadian International Airshow which I attend every year. Unfortunately I'm moving out of Ontario in under 2 weeks, moving to Prince Edward Island. Way sad I'm going to miss this incredible piece of machinery. Sigh..
