This was honestly one of the best Scotland games I can remember. It's one of the very, very few times I can remember us being clinical. The goal from McCulloch was a gem, and we had it in the bag after 10 minutes.

I would beg to differ with that.Scotland has plenty of guys playing in the EPL.And more will be there in Jan.Our negative tactics let us down.Like playing 4 6 0 in CR.And 4 5.1 in Lithuania.The under 21 side showed how its done,winning 2 1 in Holland playing 4 3 3.

2006, 2007 and 2008 were all pretty fantastic years for Scottish football. Aberdeen (Stand Free), Rangers and Celtic all did exceptional in Europe and Scotland missed out on the Euros by a whisker, not to mention 2 outstanding victories against a, then, brilliant French team.

IMO this is scotlands best performance over the last few years. i know we beat france twice but without taking too much away from us, a lot of luck was involved there. however against ukraine we played brilliantly from start to finish and thoroughyl deserved to beat what was a very good ukraine team

eh? miller is one of the top scorer's in recent times for scotland

and hit about 20 goals for rangers last season

scored agaist gemany and italy

ok never scored many at derby but with there woeful midfield , playing up front on his own, not many players would

Hampden was rocking during this campaign (not that it ever isn't) we didn't even fail to win a home match until we got beat by Italy in our last match.
