Trepanation is EXTREMLY rare even here in Minnesota where they released it to little if any at all sales Numbering under 500..I Had a Copy & Gave it away later discovering the band to become a success...Its Just Not the same as the later material But you'll Pay over 100$ U.S. To get a copy Via E bay...Good Luck Seeker...
