I remember Legos from when I was a kid. They were mostly sets of blocks with occasional things like wheels doors that would open and close, or blocks that looked like roofing... I built many houses and vehicles, and spent hours creating things with those... I wonder whatever happened to that big box of Legos I once had... Which reminds me that now is a good time to call my mother :)

@silverscreamgrl Yeah, the visits. It actually wasn't terrible, but... there is an underlying current that is stressful! The Boyfriend (name: Aaron - same as my grandson) was nice. He shook Pat's hand, coped with my questions, and ate our food. Plus, he didn't have piercings. What's not to like?? (I was surprised.)

@popparoc46 I've been hearing the same call, but my temptation lately are little, "Pond Yachts." Toy sailboats like kids used to play with in park ponds back in Victorian times and the early 20th Century. I'm charmed by them.
No, I wouldn't take mine to the park and float it around.. Mine would sit on a shelf as decoration. And when I'd look at it, I'd feel free.. like a sailboat on the breeze.
