I'm the one holding the camera - it was Rob & Eric who were brave. Wading through the glacier runoff when my footing wasn't steady enough crossing over back to camp was cold enough for me!
My geography/memory is a little sketchy, but
I'm pretty sure that Scoresbysund is on the Greenland Sea and that the Greenland Sea is part of the Arctic Ocean. I could be wrong - I'd have to pull out my atlas to check and who knows where that is..
After going all that way I think you should have taken the plunge anyway!
When I lived in Iceland (which borders on the Greenland Sea) we learned that it was part of the north Atlatic, but no big deal, just a minor detail I suppose.
It isn't everyone who has been to Scoresbysund and I am very interested in such remote places in the world. Thank you very much for posting this video, however short. I found it fascinating.

Scoresbysund is a fascinating place! You are braver than I am to swim there though.
(BTW, not to burst your bubble, but that is the Atlantic, not the Arctic Ocean...but I am sure it felt like it.)

It was a great trip - and the occasional soaker getting in and out of the kayaks was enough for me.
I'll have to defer to you then on which ocean it belongs to :)
I've just uploaded a short slideshow of pictures that we took on the trip - since you seemed interested. enjoy.
