Thanks. :) I tweaked my knee last fall and took a BUNCH of time off any squatting movement. When I came back late winter and tried them again they went well but I decided to focus on front squats, oly lifts, deadlifts, and threw in some leg presses. Now that it's getting to competition season again I decided to start doing the heavier weight.
