Found out that in Portland where Iive being disabled sucks and because Oregon is an "at will state" legally employers can NOT HIRE YOU and discriminate against you and you can do nothing about it. A car wreck left my knees bad and I use a walker yet NO ONE will hire me for something I did not do. Every employer but one has discriminated against me.You call VR and Goodwill and hear there is NOTHING we can do for you yet they are getting govt money for supposidly helping the disabled. A big joke!

Living in a small town and having a hearing disability really puts me at a disadvantage on finding a job.
