Allein vom zuhören finde ich sie sehr entspannend und gleichzeitig anregend zu inspirierend.

this is a song from the ablum "e.s.t. live in hamburg". As the title suggests this is a live recording of the concert in Hamburg, Germany (fall 2006).

It is one of the best jazz concerts I ever listened to. If you want to do something really good, go and buy this treasure. :-)

This particular version is from "Live from Hamburg", which is probably the best album the trio has released.

An outstanding performance of Esbjörn Svensson and his two band members.

The way he is evolving his improvisation is marvelous.

He is one of the greatest jazz pianists of the beginning 21th century and will be dreadfully missed.
