thanks for this video, i am one of the people who do not know how to get my money back from sheffield. the company is saying it will not refund any penny although the contract doesn't say that at all. we would like to know what to do. the construction is going very slow and maybe it is not going on at all. and the agents are telling me: go and sue us. is there any proper way or anybody has any good news regarding this. thank you krishalineah and thanks for any comment that shows up.
