If you had even read through page 25 you would see there are indeed 3rd party panels that will decide which high-risk patients get coverage and which will not within the high-risk "pool". AND, the ORIGINAL bill DID include Death Panels - even though Obama and the Dems tried to pretend there weren't. After Palin starting hitting them on that the legislators took that OUT of the first incarnation of the bill. Again see page 25...

There is no panel in any version of the health care bills in Congress that judges a person's level of productivity in society to determine whether he or she is "worthy" of health care. Politicians obviously cannot perform E.O.L. couseling and sought third party assistance. It had NOTHING to do with Euthanasia, but instead paying your doctor to discuss taking on fatal illnesses. "Death Panel" is coined propaganda.
