What a Joke, The USSR collapsed because of internal Problems. Reagan was a horrible president who drove up our national debt, and ignored AIDS. Neo Cons worship Reagan as a folk Hero when he was quite the opposite. As for the Post Soviet space they are using this as a political statement against the Kremlin, the Baltic states and Shakasvilli hate Putin/Russia.
