Not really a lost tribe, Manasseh was not a Jewish tribe, however when the Assyrians fell to the Babylonians some members of the tribe of Manasseh could have stayed behind and didnt go "lost" as the other tribes did, then when the Jews were allowed to return by the Persians after the defeat of the Babylonians the Jews that didnt return to Jerusalem and the menasseh members met and mixed. Menasseh wasn't lost and the Jews were never lost, thus not a lost tribe. No Jewish tribe was ever lost.
