Multiple Kill Vehicle

I wonder if anyone has made a stealth missile. The fact that the missiles can split into multiple warheads makes it much more difficult to accuire a lock on the warheads, compute an intercept course for all of the warheads( a couple reasons it becomes more difficult is because they are much smaller than the larger missile and have a smaller radar cross section and their are more of them).
