Soooo helpful! Thx soo much! I've been looking for concealer videos but none of the beauty gurus have severe dark circles like me;(. This is super helpful
Good tips! I have bags and circles and they're tricky, too much concealer just highlights the bags yet not enough and I look like I didn't sleep for a week. I like the idea of the under the lashline concealer, that makes sense that it would draw the eye up to the lighter color and diminish the look of circles. Thanks for the advice.
Thank you for this vid and your makeup advice!! I've been battling dark circles since I was allowed to wear makeup! I've had them since I was a child but I don't want them anymore! It feels like I've been searching for a "miracle cure" for dark circles forever. I wish I didn't have to wear makeup at all but I feel like if I don't, I'll look like the walking dead!
Wait so Garnier Nutrisioniste helps with puffiness & dark circles? & What do you use for your oily skin cause I have oily skin too and its such a pain in the ass to find a daily moisturizer for oily skin?
@Lifeeisgoodx I think they discontinued the Garnier eye cream so I have been using the Neutrogena Healthy Skin eye cream and I really like it! It definitely helps with puffiness & is moisturizing but it doesn't diminish the appearance of dark circles. I don't know of any product that truly does that.
@claireanne11 Ohh dang but I guess I'll try the Neutrogena eye cream:) But I got one more question! You said you had oily skin right? I was wondering what you use for a daily moisturizer? Because I'm having a hard time finding one that doesn't make your face shiny & oily especially around the t-zone!
Hey claireanne11, I totally suffer from the same thing. I've got deep purple/blue circles underneath my eyes. They are quite distinct rings. I have really thin and pale skin, it's almost translucent so the veins in that thin-skinned eye area just completely show through. The Bobbi Brown concealer and corrector do nothing for me, they just aren't pigmented enough. I also use the MAC studio finish concealer and I'd prefer even MORE coverage so I'm looking for something to layer with now.
@ViktoriaVision I recently got a sample of the Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place Flawless Wear Concealer and I am LOVING it.. great coverage and it stays put.. even tho it creases, as all concealers do, I am SUPER impressed with it. Try it! :-) The BB concealer didn't do it for me either.
@claireanne11 You know, I actually tried the Estee Lauder one recently. The coverage is great for a liquid concealer, but I have super dry skin and it was a little too drying for me because it's the Stay In Place formula. But the coverage was incredible layered on top of MAC studio finish. But the search continues! :P
hiya, why don't you actually do this vid with out make up so we can see the change!? I can tell u do have a dark circles but it would be very big help if you be bare make up!!
@urbabiigurl91 Lol the camera is playing tricks on you.. it always makes your skin look much better than it really is. I have really dark circles trust me :-)
I can't find the first sigma brush that you used online.? Could you put a link or something? Please. This video helped me so much! Thank you!! I havve extremely bad under eye circles, too. And they are so embarrassing... So thank you again!! Please reply!! I really want that brush!!
@neeneeschannel Sigma has changed their brush numbers but it's just the traditional concealer brush that can be found at the sigmabeauty website. It's the F70 concealer brush
the Bobbi Brown corrector is really not everything it's hyped up to be, i have major dark circles and it makes somewhattt of a difference but it's still a very moderate effect, if anything i would try their actual concealer, i'm actually about to return my BB corrector and purchase the MAC studio finish concealer, you get more product for your buck
@claireanne11 yeah, if i want really good results i need to apply like 3-4 layers of it, the concealer (not corrector) might actually be worth checking out though, i've heard that people get the best results when they layer the corrector with the concealer, but that's $45 bucks worth of concealer if you get both lol you may as well purchase the Amazing concealer which is the holy grail of concealers apparently
anyways, love your videos, keep up the great work!
I understand you, i have the same problem, i mean mine is worst, because my skin tone is darker than yours, and my dark circles are very very dark and cave in, is so frustrating!! I apply the conceal, i have two, one darker than my skin tone and other that is lighter witch one should i use? Because my problem is that i apply the conceal and then when i apply the foundation seems like the conceal 'disappear' you know, seems like foundation hide the conceal effects! Can you help me??Please?
@claireanne11 Frustrating~~ My god tell me about it! My dark circles are very dark. Maybe 3 or 4 times as bad as yours, and they seem to cave in which makes them look worse. My natural skin tones is also very pale, which makes them look EVEN more worse! I'm a guy so I wish it was more socially acceptable to wear make-up. I'm really self conscious, I can't go out a day without some one asking me if im sick or unwell, am i eating right or sleeping enough. I've had them ever since i was a kid.
@sirpentium I can assure you that mine are WAY worse than what this video showed. The camera lies and makes people's skin look good when it's really not. Mine are severe too and cave in... I feel your pain!!
Thank you for this video I have watched so many youtube videos to find a good technique to cover my dark undereye circles. I feel you pain from having dark circles, all my life I had them and it gets frustrating to have the rest of your makeup look great but have badly concealed circles.
I also have the same problem ever since I was little! I can totally relate with not knowing how to hide them in highschool. Thanks for sharing these tips!
That so timely for me that you put this up! Hav just been dumped this weekend and need to do some heavy duty concealing on my swollen puffy red eyes!! Love your videos as always :)
@TapiocaDexterin I'm so sorry to hear that. Who ever dumped you actually did u a favor! I know it's hard to see now but you will be better off :-) Keep your head up doll.. xo
I love using that concealer for covering blemishes! I actually need to buy another one.. I'm almost out of it. I miss your videos btw! I wish you made videos more often :)
you look stunning! thanks for this great vid love, i really needed to watch it hehehe i just bought a new eye cream that hopefully will help along with concealer too! :) xoxo have a blessed and beautiful Sunday!

So thanks again claireann for posting the.vid and hope you have a fantastic day ~chilewilly~
@chilewilly Like I said in the video, using a good eye cream day & night is really important and will help get rid of puffiness & give moisture. I like the Garnier anti-fatigue eye cream a lot! Put it on before u go to bed and in the morning. Thank u for watching!
before the video even starting playing, I clicked on thumps up just cuz I know that the video will be amazing purely because they always are! Oh and also you are dead drop gorgeous with darker hair! <3
