Faucon, the 190 was never designed to turn fight, especially against one of the best turn fighters of the war, the Spitfire. The 190 has a great roll rate, and good speed and accel. Yes, the 190 can turn but if he had used the 190s best assets to his advantage he probably would have done better. horizontal turns in 190 = death. obviously a novice pilot tho so whateve. Maybe you should.. "read some books". lol. Search for "jg52gutted" and watch his vid "quad damage". Thats the way to fly a 190.
Dont worrie I know how to use the Fw190 in a realist game:IL2(Im not saying WWII online is not,I never used it)and I also know which tactics germans used.
The conclusion is:The Fw190 is the kind of B&Z. But at high speed, it's also a good turner(more than 109).Enought to get P51(low alt),P47,P38,a good pilot could also handle 2 Tempest in turn fighting with a FwA8(read in the book of Clostermann, a french Spitfire and Tempest ace).
Turn in a fight at HIGH speed with a Fw190 is not death.
It all depends of the situation. Of course horizontal turn,even with a good speed,is death if you have Spitfires behind you. But if you're clear, you can without risks. Of course I'm not speaking about crazy horizontal turn at 7-8G which eat all your energy ;)

I hate how any game video has automatically a rock band music. If it was one out of 2 maybe it would be bearable.
