really you have to practice...this was embarassing, no offense. you know the basics and a solid team and movesetes but if you want to really match up against the best you need strategy...try not to switch out if stealth rock and spikes are in play, especially when you have low hp. if you have low hp, just do as much damage as you can with that pokemon then just let it faint...its better than switching out and hurting another pokemon

Ummm....couldn't you have used BLAZE KICK on Lucario? You probably could've won or got farther if you did....instead of using Stone Edge again on it.

I'm not a Pokemon master, but I would advise you to use some OU standards to survive in the standard metagame.

If you don't want to change your team, I say stick to playing in the UU metagame, because the UU pokes just won't survive against some of the OU's. Keep using the BL's though, my team is half OU, half BL, so I still keep the powerhouses like Tyranitar and Gyarados, yet I can surprise with pokes like Typhlosion (STAB Scarfed Eruption- FTW!) and Gardevoir (Will-O-Wisp + Psychic = kill!)
