You should start with some open tunings; That should give you some instant results, if you are already versed in standard styles. Listen to Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters and Johnny Shines, to name a few. You'll get it! Good luck...Perpetuate the Blues!

I like the scratchy slide sound, the white wooly carpet under and the glittering instrument makes it somehow sound even wierder. I wish more people turned to writing songs like this when the darker side of their souls take over them... Respect

Once again I love it JR, I've been following your stuff for a while now and you always sound like a refreshing wind in the blues. If I may, I have one tip for your weissenborn play: try dampening your string with your middle, ring and or pinky of your left hand behind your slide, it will get rid of the "unwanted rattling". Unless you prefer it this way ofcourse :) Keep up the good work!
