If you put them in a plastic or paper bag after you roast them, you can just easily pull thin slithers off. Then I put them in a little olive oil with garlic and salt and pepper. I make a jar of these almost every week.
Well just grill them SLOWLY until the skin blisters and blackens. Then place them in a plastic bag for 10 minutes. The skin will then come off easily. Then they will very easily tear into thins strips. No need for cutting etc.
Yeah, I do. they will keep for a while if you refrigerate them.
