If you are on an XM receiver then it would be channel 42 for Liquid Metal. They are pretty much on par as a blend of some good metal, Octane style music, Hair Nation and The Boneyard. Nothing to heavy any more, pussified "safe" music is now the norm over there.

If liquid metal now is anything remotely close to what hard attack was on sirius then I politely disagree. XMLM played so much obscure brutal metal it wasnt even funny. Call "Cool Guy" and ask him to play Kitty or Beneath the Sky or anything he considered "soft" and all you got was "fuck them, they suck" and he wouldnt play them. I swear I am waiting for Jose to allow Kelly Clarkson to be played on liquid metal now, yes, they suck now but regular radio sucks even more.

We can agree then that both of them together blow. I came from XM so to me XMLM ruled the metal channels. It seems with the merger came more dj's and more talk. I swear I never had the urge to throw my reciever out the window before but now that I hear updates on "stars" and shit like that I want to stomp it into pieces.
