put psp on usb drop the folder on the mermory stick go to internet and type file:/win/index.htm

is your flash player and wma playback enabled? from settings > system settings. you need internet conection to enable it or if you dont have wireless internet connection. then you must get hacked psp.

Everything is enabled when i go into the internet on the psp it shows the loading sign but it jus sticks there for a long time! so i get board right, and i jus happened to press down and when i did the screen got messed up,it had everthin on vista but it waz all over the place!!!

pspxp is not a operating system...it is made up of html files to appear like one...there is setting to make it appear like XP or Vista
