He went back to America and she went to Graceland (with her parents' permission) when she was 16, supposedly chaperoned by Elvis' dad and his wife Dee. I too have always liked Cilla and in no way blame her for Elvis' death. I'm surprised she stayed with him for so long considering the affairs he had while she waited patiently at Graceland. I'm answering a couple of your posts. Priscilla's Bday is 5/24/1945 so she was 64 in May. Priscilla leaving did NOT kill Elvis. She left him 12/30/71, & told him she didn't love him anymore. Elvis told everybody the next day, but was not upset. She told him about Mike Stone a couple of months later, & he was pissed particularly when she started flaunting her relationship with Stone which hurt Elvis's male pride. Elvis would not have dropped dead almost six years later from her leaving!

Plus, they were BOTH having affairs. Priscilla's first affair was with her dance instructor Mark in 68, & Elvis was having one with Susan Henning & a couple of women on set at the time. In 1970, he started several documented longer affairs with Barbara Leigh, Kathy Westmoreland & Joyce Bova plus each complain of other women. I think their love was idealized at first since they were apart for most of 3 yrs.after they met. and when she moved to Memphis in Mar 63, it didn't live up to reality.
