I'm sorry but if you just want to listen to beats, not beats and the rhymes then get the fuck out and listen to Lil Wayne, he has good beats. This the type of rap that takes the rhyming aspect of hip hop seriously
If your watching this video more than likely your searching for REAL lyricism, ORIGINAL concepts and DOPE production. Love it, hate it, it will elicit a response. I DARE you to check it out.
ok so video poster is obviously more desensitized to even these beats and has an ear for more raw chaotic beats. but these beats is come rough fuck. dont talk a bag fag.
@guerrillasoul Hiero is the shit, don't get me wrong...but Wu-Tang is the best crew in hip-hop. Honestly you could make a case for each member of the Wu-Tang Clan as the best rapper ever.
Hiero could sample ANYthing and make it tight. I dont think any of you fools dissing this sample could do the same. Hieroglyphics have long ago poven thier original talent many many years ago.
They are truly the best hip hop group ever for the fact that they're still going on strong after all these years. They continue to produce real hip hop over all these new wack wanna be rappers.
to everyone who loves Hiero's beats.... This song was sampled from Bjork's "Human Behavior". That's right, kiddies! A weird tiny Icelandic girl gots tha mad skillz on the beatbox! Hiero is great, but always remember that inspiration comes from everywhere.
I definately believe in respecting the source of the sample, but a lot of people think that sampling itself talentless. This is a very straitforward use, but they added their own filter, drums, guitar, piano on top of it and it sounds great.
Think about the song 93' til. The bass, chords, and light piano melody were all sampled, but the filters used make it sound very different than it's original form.
del is sick as. deltron 3030 is a unique album of his works, but this album ,Full Circle, is by far the best rap album ever. Shape Shift, Full Circle, Classic, Let it Roll, all sick unique beats and awesome. dirty lyrics too
@Go0dy Hey, I think they sampled Bjork (who, imho, is underrated) for the main baseline/beat behind this track. (Lookup: Bjork - Human Behavior) NOTE: Flamers, I'm not looking to war on this. Just saying that I think they used her stuff, which I think is awesome as I love both Bjork and the Hieroglyphics guys.

Yea, I'm not too high up on Hiero (the group, not the label), as talented as they are. 3rd Eye Vision was their best release as Hieroglyphics but even that wasn't classic by any means; however, No Nuts is a classic track.
I'm sure you've already heard "93 Til' Infinity" by Souls of Mischief but if you haven't, give it a listen. That's the best release Hiero Imperium has put out.
Gotta disagree man, Mics of the roundtable is a hidden gem man, that track is litteraly a masterpiece in my opinion. ALl the solo tracks off 3rd eye vision are dangerous to man. It is the best album they put out forsure, but Full circle has some really good tracks, thank for uploading em man.
@peterspud1 Are you joking? The Hiero's come up w/the sickest beats around! When I purchased this CD I could not BELIEVE how tight every song was, from beats to the unbelievable bizarre lyrical imagery with again crazy rhyme schemes- NOONE does it like the Hieroglyphics. For over 20 years they have worked to perfect their styles individually and collectively, and to say that their beats aren't very good, I'm starting to wonder if you've even listened to them.

Well I obviously like them or I wouldn't have bought both Heiro CD's, alot of Del's shit all of Souls of Mischief and then uploaded their videos.
They're good but kind of bland. Good flow and good beats but nothing really stands out to me.

hieroglyphics doesnt really have very good beats, but their voice just makes up for it and more... very few groups can do that
