This is awesome! Just ONE, and only one thing I thought that could've been done better was at 0:58 in the transition to the main riff. I think that transition needs to be 'explosive' haha. Anyway that sounded cool.

@nickrunaway2 Yeah, I know, I missed that!! I tried many times but I dont know what was wrong, I think the original drums by Lars are kick ass, but mine... just made it with a computer, no way to sound like the original.

@roldan93lol: Too many questions. Ok, first of all I recorded the song, but previosly I made the soundtrack, playing the bass, and programing the drum with differents softwares. Then I put the camera here and there and play the over my own recording several times. Then I edited all in Final Cut. A lot of work, It took me like 3 or 4 month.

why were your acoustic strings vibrating so much? its almost like they were slack but not quite. anyway, how did you get the arrow?

@funkymonkey0426 : Is a normal spanish guitar, so it's not that the strings are loosen, probably because the scale of the guitar, or because the shutter speed of the camera, could be. Don't know but was cool for me. For the arrow I got it from the ESP shop in Osaka, Japan. The last week I was at the ESP shop in Shibuya Station and they had a lot of arrows like mine there, at least two of these colour. At the time I bought it was more cheap.

you need to pick, up stroke, and down stroke like most guitarist you can even see like steve vai, or kirk hammett or any other guitarists, how they stroke. they allways make sure they stroke is in good shape but most of the song i see you playing by using down stroke (all so my teacher told me the same thing), but keep the metal going your soooooooooo awesome!!....

@darkmetal39 Thanks, Yes, the thing is that the picking is something everyone do in a certain and different way. Of course, I'am not Kirk Hammet or Stave Vai, certainly I'm not close to that gods, but most of the time, I do the picking I need to play a certain song. So is not allways the same. For this song and most of Metallica's songs the down picking right hand is very helpfully. Check Master of Puppets too. Sometimes is better the uppicking for the solos too.

La distorsion me costo bastante lograr que suene asi, grabe 2 guitarras y las doble para que suene mas fuerte, ademas que mezcle distintos amplificadores, es bastante complicado pero podria mandarte algun archivo de amplitube con mis settings. La Esp Arrow todavia la estoy pagando en cuotas mensuales. Vivo en Japon y la estoy pagando en Yenes: 340000, o sea como 3800 dolares.

Yeah, It depends of the guitar scale, I think...probably my guitar have a more wide scale than the normal. Is a Flamenco guitar. I was thinking of making a Megadeth, Pantera, or even a Sepultura cover. I like Iron Maiden too. When I started to hear these bands, was like Iron Maiden vs Metallica, and I thinks is more about of what you feel with their music, is not about good and bad, or true and false Metal. Even Metallica were doing jokes about Iron Maiden.

I don't know too much about new bands, but it happens, there is good times and bad times, I think. In my conutry with the Tango was the same thing. It happens that some periods of the history are more prolifics than others.
