  • This Gave Me Chills!

  • Scott Steiners always Been Huge wow

  • wonder why great muta didnt go to the wwf like sting

  • japanese wrestle mania japan is the bomb

  • this is japanese wrestlemania.

  • Your crazy if you think any of those losers you just named could ever hold a candle to hogan & warrior!! With the exception of sting, lex luger, ric flair, steiners, and road warriors that is. I mean are you serious...rey mysterio, guerrero, shawn michaels, bret & owen hart, triple h, underteker, savage, malenko, stone cold??? they would all be jobless if the legendary hulkster hadn't paved the way. Watch all of their careers from the beginning, then watch hogans? Nuff said.

  • @MegaTonydice If you think the warrior had a better career than the macho man then you must be too high for your own good

  • sting & the great muta vs. the steiner brothers is beyond a shadow of a doubt, one of the greatest tag team matches in wrestling history. It is one of my top 100 favorites! Sting,Muta,Rick & Scott Steiner,The Roadwarriors,Jushin thunder liger,Tigermask 3,Rey Mysterio,Dean Malenko,Eddie Guerrero,Triple H, Undertaker,Stone Cold,Lex Luger,Ric Flair,Randy Savage,Bret Hart & Owen Hart, & HBK: Shawn Michaels Are Far Better Wrestlers & More Popular. Than Hulk Hogan & The Ultimate Warrior Were.

  • when was this made ?

  • AWESOME!

  • This looks like a Wrestlemania!!!!

  • @TheGodinme88 It's the Japanese equivalent.

  • COOL!

  • @TheGodinme88 Wrestle Kingdom. Every January 4th, NJPW begins its season (rather than ends, as WWE does with Mania) with a massive Mania-scale event in the Tokyo Dome. This year's featured NJPW, AJPW, TNA and AAA guys, including RVD, Jeff Hardy, Kurt Angle and the man now known as Sin Cara in WWE, Mistico.

  • Doing this entrance next time someone calls me into another room :D

  • Scott Steiner... Before the beard, after the mullet.

  • a Japanese WrestleMania Stage? WrestleMania Goes Japan in 2013!

  • "Show Ya"? Any time, babe.

  • i wonder is he still wrestling

  • @winfir0 if your wondering about the great muta he is still wrestling. He is in Japan working for All Japan Pro Wrestling and is one half of their tag team champions along with Kenzo suzuki who used to be in the WWE

  • Whenever I walk into my office, my entrance is exactly like Great Muta's...and I'm a proctologist.

  • omg scott was ugly 0.o

  • Wait a sec....Did Muta just walk out to his Mutoh theme? Pretty Cool!

  • The japanese fans are really enthusiastic. lol

  • THIS IS THE JAPANESE WRESTLEMANIA!!!

  • who seen eric young dress as the grea muta to face sting (mr anderson) they should have kyoshi

  • FORGET AMERICAN WRESTLING! JAPAN is the grandest stage of them all! Japanese wrestling is the most tough, the best in the world! Everyone can go to Japan and challenge for the Wrestling Grand Prix or the Triple Crown, when Crown Champions come to WWE, they get dark matches, where they destroy Charlie Haas in a minute! WWE has never learned to accept outer talent and that is where WCW was really a mastermind! I see this a 100 times and still this is a moment, that drives tears in to the eye!

  • @ProWrestlingWatcher thats bullshit japanese wrestling bores the sht out of me and isnt entertaining at all

  • @vivilakers Well, if you think so. But don't forget: In international sports magazines, the voted matches of the year NEVER come from WWE, but from Pro Wrestling NOAH and other Japanese promotions. But one has to say Japanese wrestling is so much different from American wrestling.

  • @ProWrestlingWatcher Check out watch?v=lTh9CU9g3PI&feature=related&hd=1 thats a AAA ladder Match AAA is a Mexico Wrestling Promotion i think

  • HA, Bill Alfonso is the referee.

  • anyone know what year this was?

  • @jreese6969 Starcade 1991

  • Has Mcmahon ever done a ppv from Japan ever?

  • I wish the WCW broadcast did not edit out their music. This entrance sounds alot less generic and whole lot more livelier with Show Ya playing their themes.

  • WCW>>>>WWE/F

  • Daaamn japan has been holding out on me!

  • WCW and Japan Wrestling was the greatest...

  • Isn't the girl doing the announcements Nancy Benoit?

  • Muta,Sting.they are legend in wrestling

  • ten guy´s doesnt like this

  • Mutas entrances were half the show

  • this was the best tokyo dome card i have seen

  • The handshake between Sting and Muta was a great moment, and it played up their lengthy history. To all wrestling promoters out there today, I know you won't see this, but just in case: history helps to make things special. That's why Taker/Michaels meant so much at Mania this year, and why the NWO angle worked so well fifteen years ago. Please stop ignoring history and start embracing it so the sport of wrestling can actually mean something again.

  • The great muta was awesome!

  • FONZIE!

  • Muta's entrance was quite a spectacle.

  • Wow. Never seen Muta shake a partner's hand before.

  • Was Muta using "Hold Out" as an entrance theme?

  • @darklord1980 He use a Muta version version of Hold Out as The Great Muta just listen to booth of them.

  • @ThrashAD720 I will, No doubt Muta is the master of making a damn good entrance and great matches

  • It would take Undertaker forever to walk down that aisle

  • EPIC

  • man, if wrestling had been this good in America at that time, I'd have definitely been a fan

  • 今もカッコいいけどスティングはこの頃が最高にカッコよかった

  • that is a looooooooooooooooong walk way, let's see (2010) hulk hogan or kevin nash, or undertaker walk down that!, lol

  • I still love STING! This was my favorite version of his character.

  • <shock> rick steiner took his ear guard off!!!!!

  • 最高のマッチメイクだな~

  • Its funny how the WCW cats from this era would go from shitty production, dimly lit, nearly empty arenas in the states to filled to capacity, state of the art production, wrestling palace that is the TOKYO DOME!

  • If given the choice between the girl who introduced Sting and Gary Micheal Capetta's intro of him I'll take Gary Capetta any day of the week!

  • I wish WrestleMania would be at the Tokyo Dome. There would be overflow going out to the parking lot.

  • @williamraymusic I would love to see that shit too, but the reason tna/wwe won't do it is because they would have to show it on delay in the usa. Yes there was a summerslam in england from wembley stadium back in the 90's, but there was no such thing as web spoilers back then.

  • SHOW-YAの言葉があまり聞き取れなかった

  • Japanese wrestling kicks ass..look at the production! look at the stage set up! The Arena! The Japanese take it very seriously

  • what a sick video thank you so much

  • I love the energy Sting brings every time he comes out. I wish that for once - just once - Sting would come back out with this look, amount of energy, and theme song. It would be so awesome to see him do it just one more time and ditch the Crow look after so many years.

  • b b b b bad ass

  • I like the bright colors that the Steiner brother have

    :)

  • the was some great quality wrestling. the wrestling quality of nwa/wcw was better than the wwf. sting and muta had some of the best matches.

  • It is a golden age of the professional wrestling of Japan.

  • Why did Muta come out to Mutoh's music?

  • lol same person

  • I know it is the same person but they still have two different themes. Mutoh's is at a faster pace that Mutas.

  • @LJE3 Because they are one in the same.

  • Name of entrance song of Muta?

  • Hold Out.

  • MULLET !!!!!!!!!

  • Heh, I remember Sting wore that same jacket when he fought Jarrett at TNA Bound For Glory 2006.

  • 17 years ago... Damn, I feel old.

  • There's always been something honorable about Sting.

I couldn't help but notice how he wasn't much interested in the big cocky theatrical strut into the ring. The others took their time basking in the spotlight. Sting ran into the ring - where the talent really shines.

  • sickkkkkkkkkk wrestlers muta is2 sick n sting is my favourite

  • 辻の実況好き・・・

  • Cool, over all the reverb ive just noticed that the Steiner were using a live version of Sid Vicious' 2nd theme.

  • Correct. Also happens to be one of the most badass themes in history.

  • Steiner looked differant before he started busting out the anabolic steriods.

  • Aw, I wanted to hear a J-pop version of "Man Called Sting."

  • Sting's entrance got me hype. Just hearing the old MUSIC got me amped. I loved that theme.

  • And the way Show Ya played it was true to the beat.

This is what both US and Japan wrestling promotion have to start doing again!!!! Combinding with each other and make Dome-sellout supercards!!!!

  • they really know how to put on a show in jap

  • Show-Ya were awesome; they're like a Japanese Vixen.

  • Great Muta vs Undertaker

  • Muta is the better wrestler but Taker's character would kill him

  • lol this was probably every1s question in that arena

"who the hell are these white guys?"

  • wrong...guys like hulk hogan, sting, and the steiners are like walking Gods in japan

  • McMahon cannot touch this!

  • he can, but he will contaminate it

  • Tokyo Dome for Wreslte Mania 26 =)....but that whould never happen..the mega main event of wwe in japan?? XD

  • i coulda never told tht was scott steiner

if he wasnt with rick and it told me

  • Yeah, it's the same story, different guy.

The wrestler gets injured, the they come back big as heck... The roids they used to heal become addictive

  • but i do like his blonde hair, shades and chainmail look better ;)

  • Man, Japan has some awesome entrances.

  • wrestlemania from the tokyo dome...main event the great muta vs triple h world heavyweight championship.

  • heh, personally I would love to see Great Muta vs Undertaker. Could you imagine the mind games played between the two?!

  • Now that would be a great match, much better than HHH vs. Muta.

How about Muta vs. Mil Mascaras when Mil was in his prime in the 1970's and 80's? Another god of wrestling--sorry JBL not you, more like Lou Thesz. Jack Brisco, Funks, Harley Race, and sorry HHH and Don Vinnie, Bruno Sammartino.

  • HHH does not rate with the Great Muta; also, the "mano nera" of Don Vinnie may not reach to Tokyo.

  • Show-Ya > WWE! lmao j/k

  • Does anyone know which one of Muta's themes this is? Or how I could get it?

  • Nevermind I found it. It's called "Hold Out" or something like that.

  • great match between 4 of the best wrestlers ever

  • rampageREDDEVIL i hate all that crow shit 2.old skool wcw was the bollox and sting wot a legend.still wrestling 2day in tna, still quality wrester

  • The Tokyo Dome owns Wrestlemania.

  • @VeraciousTraveler Every ROH & TNA event own Wrestlemania.

    By the way. Sting FTW!

  • @VeraciousTraveler Hell yeah it does, by the way no drama just wrestling.

  • From my calculations, 125kg=275lbs. Sting was this big at one point in his career? Damn.

1kg=2.2lbs, according to Wikipedia, in case you were wondering where I got it from.

  • STEIN BROTHERS WERE THE BOMB

  • miss this old sting he was the best hate the crow shit

  • I loved psycho energetic bouncing off the wall Sting the best. He changed his gimmick because they thought it was getting it stale and needed a change. Crow Sting is great but I'm ready for him to erupt again! He is long overdue.

  • you do know that sting is still alive and so is his wife and kids. that was chris benoit. do some research idiot.

  • lol, this guy is retarded, he said the same thing on owen hart, rotfl

  • I liked his comstume when he faced Jushin Liger, he looked awesome.

    But a great match, none-the-less.

  • LOL Muta is so over the top with his entrances

  • THE DOG FACED GREMLIN, RICK STEINER! Truly one o' the best.

  • 4 of the greatest wrestlers in history!!!

  • actually sting is going on 49 in march of 2008, and to expect a near 50 year old to be like he was 20 years ago is stupid and unreasonable and flat out exposes your lack of being a true fan

  • I hope I look that good when I hit 50.

  • I wish the American promotions learn from the Japanese promotions.

  • I couldn't agree with you more. Unfortunately, the only thing American promotions learned is where to find Japan on a map.

  • Amongst the greatest of wrestling entrances-perhaps the greatest.

  • just so u know...... Wrestler: Sting Real Name: Steve Bordon Birthday: March 20, 1959 Hometown: Venice Beach, California Marital Status: Married to Sue Height & Weight: 6'3" - 252 lbs Trained by: Red Bastien Debut: 1985 Previous Gimmicks: Flash (Surfer) Sting (The Crow) Sting
  • Lillian Garcia at 0:17 :)

  • hey man, was anyone else hoping he would spit da mist into those acrobats faces?

  • damn! That's a huge arena and a huge ramp.

  • Really long ramp so Muta can do that clothesline of his lol

  • Sting was fantastic at that time, he was looking and wrestling like a real legend, now he is just the shade of his former self

  • Sting is 53...Let me know if YOU can do the same things ATHLETICALLY that you can when you were 33

  • sounds like they were playing Hold Out (Muto's theme) more than MUTA's theme

  • MUTA is a orchestrational version of Hold Out, just like the Great Muta Concerto is a orchestrational version of Triumph.

  • Nice video...never saw it before...so interesting seeing Sting and Muta team up--particuarly so soon after their bitter feud in the U.S....I've always loved how in Japan Muta has 2 personas--Keiji Muto and the Great Muta...and both are respected so much

  • hay amınıza koyim yarraklar ameriakn güreşi forever Wcw Forever Goldberg:D

  • this is one of mutas worst costumes. I like it when he has things adorning the shoulders like in the "kishin liger" match for all those who are new to puro

  • It is kinda lame compared to the attire he had later on, like in the "Kishin Liger" match.

  • well what do u expect, its early muta lol

  • Muta didn't really start dressing in elaborate robes until 1996.

  • I agree but even by those standards this was rather drab

  • what?

  • All hail the Great F'n MUTA!!!

  • Keiji Mutoh kicked butt both in Japan and the United States.

  • fully agree

  • Indeed.

  • look how many people are there.......

  • New Japan Pro Wrestling drew huge crowds back then, 40,000, 50,000, 60,000 and 70,000 size crowds were drawn for some events.

  • Either the guy in the ring or the dopey braod in the hat have to go. What do they need two ring announcers for?

  • I believe it's because the announcer in the ring announced in japanese and the girl announced in english.

  • that lady at :15 is so cute...and once, Japan and their awesome entrances - particularly Muta's. Interesting they play MutOH's theme instead of MutA's

  • Yeah...I noticed that too. Kinda weird.

  • Thanks for posting. I really miss this stuff!

  • Wait nvm i see

  • Was that in japan. b/c if so JAPAN wrestling> American wrestling

  • STING RULEZ!!!!!

    WCW FOR LIFE!!!!

  • ey mann...y you being racist like that u carcker fukk..

  • Wow... great spelling dumbass.

  • hmm..not trying to spell like a white anal bitch.....thats how we are at north houston dumb fuck

  • Oh ok sorry being a carcker...

  • sorry typo..its cracker......but let me drop the subject though

  • What is sounding like a nigger.Dum asses like you you is what is wrong with the world.

  • ey mann...y you being racist like that u carcker fukk.......but not only is black ppl wrong with the world...but also cheating hating ass white ppl

  • That's racist too you fucking tard

  • so wtf r U, u fukn north korean

  • NORTH KOREAN!! LOLZ

  • my god that arenas huge

  • What are you, a fucking racist?! if that's how he sounds let him sound like that

  • lol, scott steiner looks like mike awesome

  • the steiner bros were freaking ridiculous. they were two brawling/amateur specialists

  • was dat wcw on a tour or sumfin

  • It was one of the WCW vs. NJPW shows, though I believe this is the only WCW vs. New Japan show that took place in New Japan's version of Wrestlemania, the January 4 annual Tokyo Dome show. There was one a year before in March which had NJPW's top face at the time, "The Dragon" Tatsumi Fujinami, becoming both the WCW World Champion and IWGP champion by beating Ric Flair.
