The work suggests an emphasis on the technocracy of means rather than architectural purpose, so typical of our cad-does-all, media driven age (1990-2010).
Does anyone question the spatial quality of the space in relation to human use and it's interconnectivity with the city as a whole? I don't think so....

Wow, cool. I like the b/w theme, very retro and 70s. The scheme is very refreshing and a different from the staple of boring homogeneous buildings nowadays.
