  • discovery channel in HOLLAND!

btw who want to drink some beer with corn that is chewed by 10000 ppl ? :S

  • Watching this on Discovery channel in Australia right now, looks like fun chewing!! HAHA would love to try the drink.

  • This is the epitome of "Off-Centered"!!!! Can't wait to try it.

  • i wish you guys had this in North Carolina! I am Peruvian and I've only had the sweet non alcoholic version of chicha and mazamorra which is a dessert made of purple corn too. This looks amazing!

  • I am waiting for the day when Dogfish release a pruno.

  • I'm trying something simmilar. Do the enzymes from the saliva convert it to alcohol as well? I'm figuring there would be some sort of yeast present?

  • So what you're saying is that if I drink this beer I am essentially making out with brewmaster Sam?

  • I wonder what they do with their large batches... There's no way he hires someone to sit around all day and spit in the corn.

  • Amazing. Past, Present, Future - DFH!!!!!

  • Wow, chicha. Sam you truly are a trend setter.

  • uh, uh, he's hot.

  • I had some of this beer @ the brew pub in Rehoboth. Lets just say I enjoyed the beer but like hotdogs - far more before I saw the making of. There was some sort of promotional flyer about the beer and it did not mention that I was enjoying twice processed corn... All kidding aside, the beer was excellent and Id have another!

  • Awesome!!! Saw a food show in Peru where they were making Chicha a couple of months ago.

  • yums

  • Very interesting and

"off centered". I wish we could get there to try it!
