@banifi The numbers are part of the REBORN! fandom only. Each set of numbers are derived from the character's name. e.g. Tsuna's name sounds like 27 in Japanese (Tsu = 2 Na[na] = 7) Rokudou sounds like 69 (roku = 6 dou/gou = 9)

The same could be said for the rest of the characters. Hope that helped XD

p.s. These numbers are actually canon. If you go back and take a look, you'll realize that Tsuna has the number 27 on his mittens, head-phones and shirt. It's really cute in my opinion >.<
