In my opinion, giving the Palestians a small state is Fine, If they would truely be peaceful. But I don't think it would work because eventhough some moderate Pal individuals want peace, groups like Hamas just want to destroy Israel.

Israel wants peace and has tried to negociate with the palestinians and even evacutated some Israeli settlers for the Pal arabs. But the arabs need to do their part and bring down terror groups like hamas.
