The video is a bit slower than the sound. As the doctor is speaking one notices that after you have finished hearing what he has said his lips are still moving.

If you think about it, Blessington probably ended up with about a quarter of the money himself; after all, he was paying for the supplies, groceries, servant salaries, etc out of his three-quarter share.
This doctor fellow is quite handsome. His eye color is the most compelling shade of watery blue. And as always, I LOVE HOLMES AND WATSON. Best buddies and wonderful performances by their actors.
@Theta101 The actor is Nicholas Clay - he is in another Sherlock Holmes, but with Ian Richardson as the great detective- in Hound of the Baskervilles. Also he is in the film Excalibur with a young Helen Mirren. Unfortunately he is no longer with us.

Does anyone wonder what would happen if Holmes got married? I'd cry from the loss.

The entire time I wasn't even HEARING the doctor.
I just kept staring at Holmes.

Not only does Blessington resemble Scottie, he also bears a striking resemblance to Harry Potter's uncle. How strange...

I noticed that in old english movies people used to roll the "r" in words...sounds quite cool.

@Imverycute2 Ha!! He does indeed!! Or at least when Scottie was older. I thought there was something familiar about his face. Thank you :)

@xihakuix Not at the beginning, about mid-way through... I've found that's the case with some of the videos on YouTube uploaded as such...
Oh well, I'll take Holmes, even out of sync...

What the hell? I´m 20 years and i don´t care anything about Trevelyan. For me is Jeremy Brett and nothing else.
