  • Steroidsr4losers listen to me... All this time you spent going on YouTube and hating you can be in the gym training you really do have problems don't you? Fat... Ass.. lOL

  • Your little fingers to type dumb ass comments. If you don't like it. Don't watch it.

  • @ steroidsr4losers, I see you have a problem with bodybuilders and how much they must obviously intimidate you. I have seen your uneducated idiotic comments in quite a few pro bodybuilder YouTube videos. Who gives a fuck who does and doesn't take steroids. These videos are about training techniques, and for MOST, this is actually inspiring and educational. Maybe you shouldn't watch any more videos with decent looking physiques, in case your little muscles get offended and are forced to tell yo

  • i like how Jay always works out in big groups

  • Esto es mi sueño...

    =¨¨(

  • mon-Chest

    tues-Legs and Abs

    wed-OFF

    thurs-Back and shoulders

    fri-OFF

    sat-Arms

    sun-Legs and Abs

  • sun - chest,triceps & abs after workout 10-15 mins

    mon,back - biceps

tue - shoulders - triceps & abs after workout 10-15 mins

    Wed - legs - biceps

    thurs-chest - triceps

    friday - Shoulders - biceps

    sat - rest.

you can do abs, forearms and calves after excercises 15-20 mins.you dont need a whole day for abs and calves.that ridiculous.

  • sounds like your over trainning, i dont think tou should be working out 6 days a week. If you go jays website you can download his workout which is only 4 days a week. Even dorian yates said you should only be trainning 3-4 times a week.

  • actually i may be wrong, i rememeber jay saying he finds you can only over train the body if your under eating....

  • Under eating, and lack of rest will cause it.. But generally speaking, if you are working out too much, that means your muscles aren't GETTING that rest.. So you can overtrain by not taking the days you need off.

  • yeah that sounds right. well said man.

  • Ya heard this aswell but i wonder if this is really true

  • what gym is this at?

  • day1= back. biceps

    day2= chest triceps

    day3= quads calves

    day4= shoulders hamstrings

    day5= rest

    day6= rest

sometimes on day 3 depending on how i feel i will use a rest day to help the recover process. this is my most recent schedule. i change it up every 4 to 6 weeks 15 to 30 minutes elliptical 6.5 mph 3 to 4 days a week. clean diet. i take, nitrotech hardcore, nanovapor, and anabolic halo. there ya go hope this helps.

  • anybody tell me there training programme?

    e.g this is mine atm

    day 1- legs

    day 2 - chest & tri's

    day 3 - abs & calves

    day 4 - lats & bi's

    day 5 - shoulders traps & abs

    day 6 - arms

  • it changes all year

  • not bad. you should try 2 or 3 on and one off. mix it up. reverse the order of your exercises e.g. legs press first then squats. Keep your muscles guessing. if you're not getting sore change things up. good luck.

  • Mon-Chest and Glutes

    Tues-Biceps, forearms, and abs

    Wed-Triceps

    Thurs-Quads, Hams, and Calves

    Fri-Deltoids and Traps

    Sat-Back and abs

    Sun-Rest

I throw some HIIT a few times a week. I take whey, creatine, Tribulus, ZMA, and a multivitamin. Workouts usually last 1.5 hours. Leg workout takes over 2 hours. High PRO, low to moderate CHO and moderate EFAs.

  • 2 houres legs?

i dont think you train intense enought :P

    whats your leg workout

  • Leg Ext - 5 sets Leg press - 4 sets Hack squat - 3 sets Barbell squats - 5 sets Weighted lunges - 4 sets Leg ext - 7 sets Lying leg curls - 4 sets seated leg curls - 4 sets standing one leg curls - 4 sets stiff leg deadlifts - 3 sets lying leg curls - 7 sets standing calf raises - 4 sets Seated calf raises - 7 sets I go pretty heavy on most workouts.
  • Does it work isnt it too much?

I guess your not natural are u?

  • haha dude u overtrain ur legs i bet.....try to separate ur legs workout with different routine..... i can see muscle plateau on ur future buddy

  • @jpwhatwhat1028

I've actually toned down my leg workout a bit. Its not so crazy now. And I do change it up every once in a while. Thanks for the advice though. Much appreciated.

  • @doggue

Actually it works pretty well and I am natural, although I'm not against educated steroid use. I just make sure that I'm getting enough protein and carbohydrates. As long as your diet and supplement timing are on point, I don't see any reason you can't go really intense, especially on a muscle group that needs it, like the legs.

  • no delts?

  • i do delts with on day 5 "shoulders"

  • avesome.

finaly he hase partners thet are pushing him.

  • Jay really had a much smaller waist at the 2009 Olympia...I think his training style heading into the show was geared towards keeping away from movements that would encourage midsection growth. So barbell squats were avoided.

Did you see his quads onstage? Huge and ripped...best in the show. And waist was smaller that it has been in years. Mission accomplished.

  • bahhhh no squat

  • 5:26 machine squat

  • 3x mr olympia...im soooo glad! woohoo! congrats jay! you looked incredible!!!

  • LOL @ the people telling a two time Mr. Olympia how to train. GTFO.

  • What happened with BARBELL LUNGES RONNIE COLEMAN STYLE ?

  • the guy with cap looks like mat duvall

  • Its not like he really needs barbell squats, his legs are big enough. And besides, barbell squats have been known to expand the hips. That could be the reason why he aint doing them, or he does them in every other leg workout lol. Either way, we'll find out at the Olympia. My moneys on Jay

  • Im suprise he only use machines....

    n didnt barbell squat...

I guess its just part of the variation hes using.

  • I can only imagine that Jay is using this machine as "something different". I'm sure he uses the sled leg press 95% of the time. Is the cybex leg press easier on the joints? This gym seems worlds away from where Ronnie or Dorian trained at. This is the kind of place you see chicks talking on the cell phone while doing seated toe raises LMAO. Jay must stick out like a sore thumb. Just shows you that he is just a regular guy who happens to be Mr. O

  • I couldnt agree with you more

  • they both have huge legs but jay is a walking juggernaut he makes anyone look small

  • steroidsR4losers has a Myspace

just type the regular address in for Myspace, then:

    /steroidsR4losers

  • no he doesnt

  • volume.. volume.. volume... all these pros.. do tons and tons of sets.. i know they are the elite cream of the genetic crop.. But Jay has been training this way for years and years.. IF you read this Jay... Go talk to Dante Trudel and get on DC training.. What a great program for a definite growth stimulus...

  • I'd be embarraspsed to post this lame ass leg workout if I were an olympia contender. Not one freeweight excercise. Are they at Globogym?

  • Comment removed

  • resistance is resistance.

  • Well said. Couldn't agree with you more.

  • hey where is the old Jay? This is not the Cutler I knew. Change Gym and partners Jay, you are not ready for the olympia now

  • I dont think he's going to win with that way of training.. i hope he does though, but i doubt...

  • of course, they need to ads those stuff 4 business porposes,,gotcha my point?

  • the disco dudes aint no good for him', he should find someone on his size to train with

  • Cutler needs to train in a more hardcore place like Yates and Coleman did, instead of that shitty fitness gym with crap music and people just standing around doing nothing...no inspiration there.

  • Cutlers calves gotten lot smaller from his early dominating days,i guess from seeing from this video he doesn't train hardcore anymore like goin all free weights n deep squats n deep all d way down to the chest leg presses.Liked how he trained his legs on New imroved n beyond videos.

  • Eric Di Lauro

  • And the 3rd guy I'm not sure of

  • wow, those people are so lucky to have Jay Cutler work out in their gym! And sad part is, most of the ppl are just walking by Cutler - prolly don't even know who he is. I would give all to see Jay Cutler training at my gym, that would be amazing!!

  • They probably realize he;'s a bodybuilder.

  • ou sont ils a la fin de la video !?

  • Just as I was doing shrugs, this was going down. Good stuff.

  • jay looks huge!!

  • sweet!
