I remember them playing 1979 by the smashing pumpkins at one of the Big day outs i went to, I hear some influences of theres iin "the verses" which can be traced to jpo division, just the way they strum their guitar.

Sooooooooooo awesome. Their self-titled should have done better, its filled with great songs. I'd def suggest it to anyone who liked any of the songs from their 1st two albums. Hope The Verses do really well they deserve it!!
