Had the same problem - (with a cybermaxx/medion pc)The blade didn't come off but the CPU fan was unbalanced. Made a horrible racket.

Easy to replace though. You can easily get CPU cooler fans at pc world etc. Just take the case off and unclip or unscrew the fan unit (but not the heatsink) and reconnect the molex power (4-pin)connector. Hey presto!

PS.Make sure you unplug first and discharge static by touching the metal casing often.
