As awesome as this scene is, one thing irked me about Toyman here, and it goes for most villains in general.

Its that after he "kills" Superman, he actually gets scared/shocked when Wonder Woman goes apesh*t and actually tries to kill him. And this happens most time with villains.

Every time they kill the hero, or someone close to the hero, they always shit themselves when the hero, or their friends flip out and actually go for the kill. Only one I know who isn't guility of this is the Joker

There were a few very defining moments in Justice League that proved why it was by and far one of the greatest shows ever made. This was one of them.

That 12 seconds (started at 1:00 exactly) where everything just... stopped. Then Diana, with a flash of lightning, going apesh** on Toyman, so furious that tears were streaming. Then Wally stepping in to stop her.

The only moment from the entire series that would beat it out, to me, was Superman and Darkseid's fight inside Brainiac.
